do you think that they started security checks and other checks on the date of changing status to in-process ya3ne on January 2014
Because my status still: file received , ma3 eno i did my medical on Sep 2013
and on my GCMS notes report it shows that no checks are started (Dec 2013)

e informed once we are ready to pass to the next stage of processing, or if more information is requested of you.

w bi 16 of this month i was cheking my status they changed it to in process and we started processiong your application on 13 january

When did you do ur medical? Looks like there's a big time gap between the medical and the process.
I did the medical bi July 8 2013 and the process started bi 13 August 2013

Lots of things are happening inside the country here(especially from Arabs) and they're affecting the process of our applications.

There is a gap between the medicals and the security checks. Because the MP's office told me the security checks were only initiated in August, so 2.5 months after the medicals.

Of course it's the federal's decision cause they know for sure that you won't be staying in Quebec for long due to the lack of jobs and you'll be relocating to other provinces, they're not stupid
