i cant take it any more one year for CSQ
3 years for medical
and Know nearly 7 month after medical
i cant take it any more

u r one year for CSQ and me 3 year for CSQ and it happened when the embassy closed in syria,so my dear all kelna kelna dafa3na taman taskire safara ana w metli bi enizar el interview w CSQ w ento bi entizar medical,7sobha mazbot btetla3 nafes shi w la tenso eno applications kan ta2riban senten wa2fin men don ai process w hada shi ento ma 3am te7sboh

3am bi jam3ouhoun so they send them to everyone. One email will be sent to many applicants. This is how I see it.
Maybe a decision has been already made to ur file

Moon should receive her visa first. She received her medical about 1 week before my fiancé.

1-Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada
2-Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
3-Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia

i just wanna be sure, were the first option right ?

I'm gonna share with you what happened so far with my file. First, just a reminder that I spent 3 years in Montreal as an international student. So I had to send 2 police certificates (one from Canada, and one from Damascus) which caused complications and delay!!

As I state before, I did my medical exam on May 23, 2013 . Amman's office asked me to NOT contact them before SIX months pass after the exam.
In November, they contacted my lawyer telling him that my visa is ready. However they're just still waiting for my police report from Canada!!! (I sent all the required documents to them on June)!

My Lawyer wrote me that my report is already in Amman's Office (after tracking the shipping number). So I wrote again to them that THEY DO have my report! So there's nothing left to wait! and telling them I want to spend the new year in Canada!

Now here's the big surprise: they wrote me 4 days later telling me this:

Dear sir,

The RCMP Criminal record was received, however, we do further security check by a government body in Canada.
Once the results are received, our office will contact you.

Thank you

So, people.... you do the math, they first said that after 6 months of the Medical exam we get the visa (May23). Today is Jan 21 and there's NOTHING so far

my application is in Amman office,i would like to tell u that the Amman office havent treat with applications as quebec skill workerd before ,they started processing the applications aonly in may 2013,and my friends informed me that there r a shortage of officers in their office,hope u will get the visa soon,

do you think that they started security checks and other checks on the date of changing status to in-process ya3ne on January 2014
Because my status still: file received , ma3 eno i did my medical on Sep 2013
and on my GCMS notes report it shows that no checks are started (Dec 2013)

6 months after medical is just a guideline. Everyone's situation is different (you having lived in 2 countries). I find it strange that your visa is ready but your security checks are still not ready.

It shouldn't be very long before you receive your visa. They are at the final stage.
