complaining is a normal procedure because this country believe in human rights we got csq that is mean u have a place in quebec ,about situation they may reject the files but I think this is very weak, we r in the middle how to continue
ur life and in the same time other life waiting ,imagine that we r not able to take language courses because u do not know what will happen with u 2morow ,....,.........
we ask god that by 2014 every thing will be done .

Has anyone heard of Western World Alliance who claim they can help with immigration (specially Quebec) ?, how do one check legitimacy ?

Shame on Canada to have such embassy.

Hi mike if you will complain you will complain to minister of immigration not to minister of foreign affairs !! I already complain in June and his answer was be cays of pafso strike and you can read the full answer in Amman thread I complain again in September waiting fo his answer within couple of days a,gain one hand cannot clap

It's ok, le7i2 teji 3al jleed. We had a big storm yesterday, 25cm bi Ottawa and it's -17C today. Stafeed from the hot weather ad ma feek, the winter's so long here but you'll get used to it easily

Another question...since you're visa office is Bucharest...did they transfer your file back to Beirut for the visa? Or do you need to send your passport to Bucharest?
