i have a question ..

i got AOR in November 26th 2012 and i got waiting list for interview in 17th Sep 2013 ..

is this considered Fast ?? or this is the normal average time for this ?

yes its too fast, they are doing now 2011 Feb applicants, so I suggest you work on your French as fast as possible.
youll fall under new rules, are you priority now? whats your profession?

you will loose all points for French, but you must gain points for priority if you are.

youll be called anytime for interview, no need to wait 4-8 months. get ready

remember interview all French, no single English word, try to learn names of documents in French

my wife is chief accounting she has PHD
where she works thy sent her to their branch in abudhabi
she made the training for 3 idian men's aftr 20 days when asked them did you get well the softaware
they start shaking their heads
when she comes leb after days they called her again that they didn't understand anything
and those men's have masters degree in their country
she came the second time after the had shaking
then they called her back then she fired them

Keyrouz , we are all in the same situation , our work , family , home ... We built so many things in Lebanon , But we decided to move to something better. We all know that in Lebanon or in the gulf we will gain more money than Canada the socialist , But we are all looking for a better life and better future to our children. So hang on there. At the end we will have our visa.

I had a feeling this will happen to you, as you can only withdraw before your file reaches the processing stage.
Get the visa, come for a visit and see if you like it...you don't have to move right away. You can see what opportunities there are for you before you move your entire family. You have nothing to lose if you try. Goodluck!
