They changed the CIC Application status design... The content is still the same though application received...........

I have a friend octobre 2010, he was requested to send updates and sent them to bucharest 3 months ago, but weird he didnt get his medicals yet!

Don't worry about your CSQ...they will renewed it and send you a new one automatically by regular mail. Its sent about 2 months after your CSQ expires.

you will go to defence ministry and as for paper that you didnt do it because no more military salvation

no u wont go anywhere . as it is well known that military service in lebanon ended since 2005 and that is official where all embassies have knowledge on..
those graduated from university before this date are requested to give information about the military service if they proceeded it or no,because it was still " on" ,

just u do write on the updated IMM form answering the question about if you did military service : "NO"

...just stick to the document they asked to update in the email they sent u.because isnt same email requests for everyone.

I received an email today from the embassy in Bucharest asking me to fill out and sign the Annex 5 (intend to reside in Quebec) and mail it to the embassy after they found out that my wife lives in Ontario...
They're being so strict in this matter...

Did they say that they know your wife is living in Ontario? Or are you assuming its the case? The reason I ask, it's because everyone had to sign that form before.

you already updated the informations when they asked about the medicals?!, and now this fast bucharest identify some information missing in ur updated documents and so the emailed you again?
