You won't know anything about the docs receipt except by tracking them, the only time they'll contact is when they require additional docs or the decision had been made.
As for the medical it will be uploaded and sent the same day but it will take around a week to show on ur e-cas...

The medical is sent in a separate email. You should have received both emails at the same time.
Your file is in Beirut or Bucharest?

In the interest of better workload distribution, Citizenship and Immigration Canada has transferred your application for permanent residence to our office for further processing.
Your file number has been changed to the reference number indicated above. Make sure to always quote your file number in all correspondence with our office. Your application will be processed according to the date it was initially received. This transfer will not cause any delay. If an interview is required, your file will be returned to the Immigration Section at the Embassy of Canada in Beirut where the interview will be held.

and the previous list looks pretty time consuming, have no idea where to start, I have to translate all the new documents again right?

Yes u have translate everything.
Write down the new file number on all the forms u fill.
Write down ur name and full address on the back of the issues cheque.
Print the email they sent u and attach it to all the other docs.
Write a letter with the enclosed docs.
U have to send everything to Bucharest I guess. It takes 4-5 business days. Send them by registered mail so u track the docs cause they won't inform u from the embassy about the receipt
