the last check i paid was all done by the lawyer , now that i am working solo on this i still have some gaps that i need to fill

Payment in Lebanese Pounds or U.S. Dollars

Fees can be paid in Lebanese pounds or U.S. dollars at any branch of Bank Audi.

On the payment slip, which must be completed before coming to the bank, enter the applicant's name, a telephone number where the applicant can be reached, and date of birth. Then check the correct box and enter the total amount due, using a single payment slip by request.

which slip?

Just issue a certified cheque with the amount of 490$ under the name of receiver general for Canada, write ur name and full address on the back of the cheque. Ignore what's written
