Guys, to be honest, I am not being able to leave my project in Jeddah for more than 3 weeks, it is very important to my career.
Thus, I am obliged to leave canada back to jeddah for 2 more years, then I will settle permanently in Montreal.
I have found this articles online
http://www.settlement.org/sys/faqs_detail.asp?faq_id=4000504

If You Recently Arrived in Canada

1-If you gave Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) an address in Canada, but you left before the card was mailed to you, you can ask your family or friends who live at that address to send you the PR card. You can then re-enter Canada with your PR Card. However, if you do this, you are taking a risk. Unless it is being collected and delivered by HAND.

2-If you have arrived and have not yet given CIC a mailing address, and you left Canada, you should apply for a Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad) before you try to re-enter Canada. This application must be submitted to a Canadian visa office abroad.
This Travel Document can only be used once.

I am obliged to go for the 1st option, I dont have a choice :)

2 years is a long time. You should bring back lots of proof of work etc, because if I was a boarder officer I would wonder why you would have left 3 weeks after your arrival. It would make it easier when they are questioning you.
It also means you’re delaying receiving your citizenship by 5 years.

madridista they wre too strict about gulf immigrants, they give us visa, we have international experience and money.
they are taking PR from gulf citizens who come back, even passports, i have friend was called to go back to prove something else they will take his passport.

think again ;)

I’ve heard of that too. They want to take away citizenship from people living abroad, because these people only come back to Canada when something bad happens like a war. But that’s for people who have been living outside of Canada for years if not decades.
But 2 years, he will be fine to return. He might get questioned as why he left shortly after he immigrated, and he will have to tell them he had to finish a project and couldn’t break his contract. That’s why proof will help.

The location is great, so close to the bus station, st Catherine street and old Montreal. I've been there so many times, the only problem is the traffic...

I am being very honest about my situation, and I am ready to communicate this with them, since I am not breaking any rule,
(I will be residing for more than 2 years out of 5 in Canada so I will renew my PR card automatically for another 5)
they dragged me to this situation, Its unfair to keep waiting for this visa without any new career plans, they must understand this
Else, I will be visiting Montreal twice before settling down for good :)

One more question, while leaving canada, they will be stamping my lebanese passport only, without the need for my PR card, TRUE ?

There must be a reason for taking PRs and Canadian Passports,
I am not aiming at the citizenship before residing for 3 out of 4 years, I want to be on the safe side, a honest Canadian citizen, with all the pre-requisite to apply for the Canadian passport, Else I wont apply.
Else if you dont break any rule, no one will approach you !

I know what you mean. Some of us put our lives on hold for this process. As long as your honest with them, it should all be fine.
