Lol. No. It's bring forward date, it's when the VO sees the file and generates the updated docs and medical emails for the applicant

Cause the last update I got from the mp(member of parliament) in Ottawa, I was informed that my file is in Romania with a new EP file number to be used,and the BFD will be on this date
 
something is awfully wrong, several of you seem to get an email reply for your inquiries in not more than 1 week, I havent been able to get any reply from CiC for the last 2 years, moreover caips have exceeded the 6 weeks period and in conclusion there is no trace of my application whatsoever

the embassy is under construction as people told me but in case there are employees there then try to go ask about what's going on. Keep pushing on the security to let you in or at least bring a form from inside. I tried it once, they gave me a form to fill out, and they called me the next day to give me updates. I don't think there are any files left for 2010 applicants in Beirut

did you try sending an inquiry to the embassy in Bucharest??? if not then go ahead and send an email, they reply fast
 
thats exactly what i was pointing at: (history) Damascus, Beirut and Bucharest, no replies for over 2 years to any inquiry

no ! I haven't got any reply to my emails before now. Though i sent many many inquiries and some updates to my file , and haven't got any single reply from 3 years.
Until suddenly yesterday got the famous emails, medical and file transfer. It seems they do read very well our emails but don't bother in reply, because in the medical they sent one for my newborn with her name and date of birth . So take it easy and nothing is wrong. They just need some time.

I want to share my updates, 3 days ago I recieved an email (This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada number File # B0571----- . We are now ready to conclude the processing of your application. You are requested to provide the following requirements:
· Original valid passport(s) with at least one blank page for all applicants .
· 2 recent photos (35mm x 45mm, white background) for each applicant .
So seems everything is okay
But the problem that family are in vaccation leave, so i don't if i can send our passport from differnt countries or collect them and send in one packet.
Dear Dignity3, and mft25 i don't how to answer to ur questions because it is written to me that iam not allowed to send personal messages
