370 persons means less than 300 files.. that is not much while there are thousands stacked files in the embassy, i have 2 friends who have been in the federal phase and they already signed job offres in montreal one still waiting since 2010 and the other since mid 2012! if priority files are treated like that so how about the other files!

370 persons are the target for Beirut, which means less than 200 files would be finalized from now till the end of 2013 at Beirut vo ( many files have more than a principle applicant).
I think that if the trends will remain the same at Beirut vo, it would be like a miracle to finalize 200 files in leb as the pattern seems very slow here.
Therefore, they are transferring files to Romania

Well at least they're doing the right thing by transferring the files to other visa offices, instead of having another backlog at the embassy in Beirut. This shows that they don't want more delays and they're aware that as soon as the qsw program opens up again by the end of july it will bring them back to the beginning with more backlog and more delays with our files...

wish they would transfer all the files to Romania, trust me the average of processing time at Beirut vo is far away more than 36 months ... We would be lucky if our files would be transferred.
There are lack of staff and well experienced officers at Beirut vo. When Damascus closed, Beirut wasn't ready at all for processing QSW applicants.
I wonder why they didn't transfer our files to Romania since the first time of Damascus closing date.

if your bfd is 22 of april .. I think you will hear something from the embassy before 15 of may ... I heard something from them after 2~3 weeks from the bfd
hopefully, we all will hear a very good news, we need to hear about medicals.. We need to hear about ppr ... Things seem so dry nowadays.

Exactly... cic informed me through my mp that if I don't hear anything by mid May to contact them again... this is y I am hating the weekends, lol, sitting and waiting for nothing even though my weekend in KSA are Thursdays and Fridays

I have the same feelings, we should at first stage try to forget, try to enjoy and have fun..
The hardest thing in life is to be waiting for something... And this thing might take a long time of waiting ... And Keep on waiting is like burning nerves..
Hopefully, this spring will be beautiful for us, shine bright like a diamond on our future. Finger crossed.
