Hello world,
I just receive this forum link from a friend, and i directly registered i hope it will help us by sharing and updating everyone.

I applied for CSQ since January 2011, before 3 months i received an email from them about the missing files:
1- All employment certificate with some specific details and to be attested as original copy
2- TCF quebec
3- national security quotisation
4- ...

i have sent it today as the last day of my 90 days i hope everything will go well now

Yeah Moon all good thanks for asking, in my opinion as soon as they finish with the family class sponsorship appicatins they will start with ours

As for the petition, personally I don't think it is a good idea and won't change a thing. I don't want my name to be highlighted to be honest. So count me out

i do not think family class will never end it keeps piles up. so our turn will never come . any way the problem is in middle east offices only while cairo office is very active and if it keeps like that i think montreal will become cairo.

My friends our friend told us her fiancee file will b processed on august 2013 her information is correct 100%

Yes that's what I was told. I was actually told it would be faster if we go married and I sponsor him! But the website is showing at least 20 months for sponsorship...so we are going to keep it the way it is since the new year is only a few months away.

I have a question...lets say we did get married...can my fiance update his file saying he got married...without changing his application to Quebec? Or will they make us do a sponsorship? I am going down to Lebanon in December and I wanted to explore this option.

i want to share this link with you . it suppose to show Permanent Resident Visa Applications Received Abroad .But it shows since January 2012 till June 2012 only 3 files received by Amman office is that possible. Beirut 14 is it number of files transferred from nova scotia what do you think also number of files is decreasing dramatically in 2012 ?

About 10 days ago I received mail I am on waiting list ;D for interview

NOW They are moving soooo fast with interviews. I think soon your cases too, you know i completed 24 months hehe

I sent my QSW application to BIQ HK on early October 2012. yesterday BIQ returned my application (including all supporting documents and bank draft) due to incomplete application. BIQ said that BIQ found abnormalities or absence of the following documents:
1. original rempli et signe du formulaire demande de certificat de selection (A-0520-AF)
2. formulaire documents soumis a l'appui de la demande de certificat de selection (A-1520-AF)
3. photocopie lisible des pages du passeport contenant les renseignements personnels et la photo
4. photocopie du permis de sejour temporaire valide
5. Original d'un diplome ou d'une attestation de resultat d'un test, reconnus...
6. original d'une attestation de resultat d'un test IELTS...
7. Paiement exact, en dollar canadiens, ...
8. votre cheque est perime.vous devez nous fournir un nouveau cheque a l'ordre du Ministre des Finances du Quebec
9. Votre cheque est mal libelle: veuillez nous soumettre un nouveau cheque a l'ordre du Ministre des Finances du Quebec, selon les tarifs en vigueur
10. vous avez deja un dossier en cours de traitement: nous ne pouvons pas considerer cette nouvelle demande de votre part

from all documents required above, BIQ only check row number 6 (DELF) with 'X' sign, because I only sent l'attestation de DELF, instead of original DELF Diplome. I understand this. But I don't understand with the rest required documents, BIQ did not give sign X, some blank, some 's.o.' (N/A).
my first questions isoes it mean I only have to provide original diplome of DELF? anybody has similar experience?

U are asked to provide all the documents on the list:
1.the original of DCS applications, u must complete and sign the application A0520
2. all the documents u find in list A1520
3. copies of passport pages
4. photocopy of valid residence visa in the country u are living now
5. original french test diploma
6. original ielts diploma
7. payment
8. the wanna a new check couse the one u send is dirty or damaged
9.again they ask u for a new check in the name of ....................
10. here they say u have already another dossier that they are studying and they can not accept another request/application

HAVE U APPLIED BEFORE UNDER OTHER CATEGORY???
