So, I finally collected all police clearances from all countries.... I was thinking of taking a proactive measure and send these to Abu Dhabi visa office along with a letter explaining the situation so they club these with my file to avoid delay... what do you think?

hurry up send it ,,tomorrow aramex will be working day,
because if embassy will request you for documents, that will delay your process 4-6 months

Is it possible that a friend travelling from Syria (my home country) to Canada take my police certificate and deliver it for me to the immigration office in Quebec? Currently no DHL in Syria.

You can send it by mail from there to your Visa office for sure.

you must send your security papers to your visa office not to Montreal. your visa office supposed to be Amman not London!! any way you can send them from Jordan if you can or know some one going there. you do not need to send them by DHL you can use excellent mail system (EMS) cheaper with same service of DHL or ARAMEX .I wish you best of luck

In fact I am still preparing my federal file (for which I need the police certs), so I think my friend could send them to CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia. My VO is London because I am studying in UK now, my visa is valid for more than a year and this is why the interviewer assigned me to London VO. I think after my federal application reaches CIO, they will send it to London based on the VO mentioned in the CSQ. What do you think?

u should send ur application to office which is shown in ur CSQ,i think that ,and if u dont indicate the correct office in ur application,then the process of ur application will be long,so be careful,by the way ,i sent my application to federal to Jordan(Amman) coz i am from syria like u since 4 month and got my AOR ,so i am waiting now,i got CSQ in septembre 2013 ,in the same year like u exactly,so we can talk to each others and know updates ,

my aor date july 2013 I am expecting meds by May - june 2014 or DEC 2014 because I received my caips notes 3 weeks ago, my file not assigned to any office and no bring forward date.

I submitted my file complete and already paid landing fees and all police certificates from each country I lived

sorry I thought you already got your file number then you are right you need to send them along with your application to nova scotia but if they will take time you can send your file with out them then after you get file number send them to vo best of luck

my dear ,r u talking about Quebec skill worked or busniss class?coz i am confused now,i know that there r many people who applied in 2010 and their files have tranfered to abu dhabi and until now they havent delivered the visa yet, r u sure?

yes skilled worker program, I know many 2013 got visa within 1 year

maybe in abu dhabi not in Amman,coz my office is Amman coz i am from syria,do u know about applicants 2010?r all of them recieved the visa?coz in Amman office the process is very slow,i heard that from my friends
