They will ask you for the passports at Dr. Stephane clinic + photos + papers that you received by email.

Call Dr. Stephane office and ask, the secretary will give you all the needed details.

As for passport renewal, make sure you do it before sending doc updates and Medicals.

You should see the leb embassy in Ottawa, 3anjad bahdale 3al ekhir.
