I dont know why my consultant is that pessimist, he thinks on 03-feb-14 (as per CAIPS) my medical status will be only revised and not necessary requested by then..

how do you pay the fees for csq ?
I emailed Beirut vo but still no reply on how to add my newborn. I emailed Quebec immigration and at last they gave me the procedure to obtain a csq for my newborn .
The fee is 160 cad , by cheque , or credit card info mailed to them .
Is it safe to give such info by mail ? Is there a more secure way to pay ?
Once i put a cheque in the post and it was stolen !

Thanks for Canadian cit , you were right , we need to Get the csq , but again what's the next step ? The Beirut vo still didn't reply on how to add to the federal !

Can't you write them a letter and mail it to them a long with the birth certificate? Another option, is to wait for the documents request from them and update it then. Also, a certified cheque in the mail should be ok, thats how we paid every time.

my friend you cand sendyour papers with cheque easily by registered mail or faster by excellent mail system (EMS) or if you can go for aramex or dhl but i advise you to go with EMS it is as fast as dhl but half price .

Lebanon is on a crater, Something bad seem to be planned for Lebanon, all European and some of Gulf countries are ready to Evacuate all of its citizens... Same as what happened to Syria 2 years ago..

do not worry my freind ems will provide you the same service done by dhl and aramex . in jordan also it is run by jordan post but they have agreement with all fast carrier i sent docs to sa before one week by ems and it was delivered by dhl. they will give same service with less money they will give you sealed envelope to put all your document inside and it will be deilvered by hand to the receiver. if you do not feel comfort and like to pay more money you can go by aramex . all these services charges by weight .
regarding the chique just go to bank and ask them for issue cheque to canada normally each bank has connection with bank in canada. they will isuue it with first benifetary by default . do not worry it is 100% safe if the envelope did not delivered because of let us say wrong address it will return back to you but it will never happened it is haigh priority mail with high priority treatment

I guess it's called a cheque bancaire in Lebanon...but in Canada we call it Certified cheque. So only Quebec or Canada can cash it and the funds are put aside so it guarantees you have money in the bank.
