hello

i am still new to this forum, iam from lebanon and im filling my AOR file, they are asking me to fill the first AOR now and later i will have to fill second AOR. is this normal.
one more thing, what does code 130 means on the CSQ

It has something to do with them checking your financial situation....but once you have the CSQ it means you're good!

These 40 months in abu dhabi vo and 37 months in Beirut vo isn't time to issue visa, but its process time took for last visas (old applicants)

As I hear that new applicants from Lebanon files are transferred to Romania not Beirut

I think they were transfered to Beirut at first, and some were then transfered to Romania. Because e-case said Beirut at first and then Romania. I don't think it's logical to send all files from Beirut to Romania...it would only displace the backlog not fix it. So I am sure some files will remain in Beirut for processing....maybe the newer ones. Makes sense to me.

the weirdest for me, e-cas has never mentioned anything more than '' We received your application for permanent residence on December 19, 2012'' obviously that was initiated on ecas from the centralized intake center, and then 4 months in process in Bucharest and still no single update..

but apparently the old files of 2010 and the new files of late 2012 were transferred to romania! that sounds like in beirut can't finalize any of them!?

Don't worry about e-cas..they are slow to update it. So if 2010 and 2012 files were trsanfered to Romania then 2011 and 2013 will be processed in Beirut? They just love to work backwards!

I got my CSQ last week in Istanbul same code 130 its nothing. I also submitted my federal yesterday ;D so fast. I prepared everything b4 interview.
I paid federal and landing fees too

Domage we didnt meet in Istanbul

Really? i did not know that u can pay both together? should i send them the landing fees?
as i know, the files are moving faster now, so good luck for all.

Maybe u can save 2~3 months. yes you can send togeather. I dont know how my lawyer will pay it.if there ia any form for that

Yes, you can pay them together and there is a rumor that says that it will save you some time (not sure about that)

my lawyer in montreal said so. and will take 11~13 month for visa from abu dhabi office.
i believe its true for new files.since cherif transferred to romania

me too i got my csq on 16 may in istanbul and i submited my file last week. strange we didnt meet there

It's an online service where you can check your appliation status. Once your application is received by the federal they will e-mail a file number. Here is the link. But aswe mentioned, it's not updated regularly. Our e-case showed "in process" for 3 years!
