Jet, there must be something wrong...you should order CAIPS or contact them since you have the right too. I don't believe they forgot about your file...maybe they've sent you papers which you didn't receive since your not living in Lebanon. It doesn't hurt to check up on your file...

i have a lawyer who takes care of my papers, she sends them emails from time to time, and they reply that there is a queue and i have to wait and my file is under process. but as i said before i am not anxious and don't want to go anymore, will enjoy the beaches of Limassol, Protaras and Aya Nappa 7 months per year

A lawyer won't do you any good. The answer you're getting about your file being in queue for review is a normal email we all receive when we simply email the embassy. Your lawyer should be able to contact cic and get you some DATES about your file, not only the rubbish about the queue thingy

I agree...lawyers are just decorated consultants...some will push CIC others will just take what info they are given. Sadly, you need to take matters into your own hands. But if you are happy where you are, and have a good job...I don't know if you will be happy in Canada...because it will be a struggle the first few months to a year.

and as you have some experience with that how could a person from lebanon to pay as paypal doesnt work for lebanon? CAIPS allow credit card payment but thru some authentication by paypal again.

Maitrise Administration et Gestion des entreprises del'université de lumière Lyon 2 France diplome obtenu en juillet 2007 est ce qu'il est equivalent au diplome de Quebec et est ce que ça mis l'application en prioritée?

Caips notes is credible, safe ... but Caips notes is only useful if they requested documents or medicals .. as if they request nothing, you will see nothing on it ..just you will find on it the Bfd... the date when they gonna open your file..... and you will see just what they did and all will be 0.
I applied for caips notes from lebanon for 2 times by using paypal australia, a credit card from australia. and I received the second one in 20 days .. first one paid 40$.. second 30$.

LOL I am actually a female. As for caipis...it is safe because it's directly on the CIC website and as an immigrant and future canadian, under the act you are allowed to have information regarding your file. I haven't received them yet, I ordered them because it we had waited a long time for the medical. We recently received the medical so I don't know how useful the CAIPS notes will be now. I paid with my credit card because I live in Canada and paid 5$.

Do you know anyone in Canada who can get it for you? I believe there are website who use money transfer instead but a more expensive.

You can pay by western union for the caips file. I did it myself last week.Just send them an email explaining there is no paypal in leb,and they will give you instructions on how to transfer the money.

Pour trouver l'équivalence de ton diplome universitaires au Québec, tu doit remplir une demance au pres d'un corps universitaires ou un services (par example, l'University de Totonto a un department qui compare les édutes en dehors du Canada). Je pense que tu peut trouver d'autres liens (pour le Quebec) au site CIC. En ce qui concerne la priorité de l'application, je crois qu'il n'a a plus de categorie "prioritaire", par contre, avoir une maitrise va faciliter tes chance.

Si vous désirer faire l'évaluation comparative de ton diplôme, vous pouvez la faire dès maintenant. Je suis entrain de faire cette évaluation avant de partir au Québec en utilisant le certificat de sélection comme une identité. Tout peut être fait par courrier électronique avec le traducteur à Montréal et puis avec le MICC.

A Mon avis Il faut contacter l'ordre de votre profession au quebec.
Csaade, est ce que c'est necessaire de faire la traduction au quebec ?
J'ai fais toutes les traduction au liban. Peut etre puisque c'etait deja en francais ou anglais.

il faut les traduire dans le cas ou les documents sont originalement en arabe. Tous les traducteurs sont a Montreal et Laval. J'ai appelé un traducteur and il m'a dit que je peux lui envoyer par courrier électronique les documents en arabe seulement pour traduction, dans ce cas les documents traduits peuvent être considérer comme originaux et envoyer a MICC...
