They are talking about all the people who had applied prior to 2008. They returned all their application and $. It has nothing to do with us because we applied through Quebec. This is only for the federal skilled worker program...so don't worry!

Exactly, it was prior to February 2008, big shock for these people. Ignore everything you read on the cic from now on cause nothing concerns us. You can download the uploaded videos regarding the integration during the first 2 weeks, it's useful...
