Hi,

I don't think it is normal. Usually it should not take more than a week to get the results uploaded. Confirm with the health institution used to perform the medical check that they have sent right away the results. If that is the case, call IRCC or use a web form to request to know if at least they have received it.

I forgot to mention that , when i check my application status.. The latest update is "medical results have been received" but i wanted to know how long the Immigration officers will take to make the decision about my medical exams and when will they inform me in writing of the results, (its been more than 7 months!!!)

Hi,

Then I think it is fine. Can you share your full time line from the very beginning?

Immigration is not responsible in giving you the result of your medical, it is the institution where you had your medical exam. Since you mentioned that you already have "medical results have besn received", your medical exam is fine.

In eCAS, "medical received" means you passed it. If you check on IRCC website, you will see it says you passed your medical. And yes, it's possible to hear nothing for a very long time even if medicals were done.
