I had to send the passport to them by courier, they don't accept in-person drop-offs for PPR. I think they will either return it by mail or ask me to pick it up at VAC, still waiting for it to be processed.

~1 day to -1 month after DM is usual date to receive PPR based on current trends, mine was about a month. Check my signature.

It was approved and they sent it. I think it's usually 2 weeks after approval that it's received.

I made the complaint on June 11. They called a few days later to get more information and to follow up. Make sure you include type of sponsorship (family), spouse name, file number, etc.
