My friends:

Yesterday I sent to Montreal the update which they asked me for. If it reaches Montreal this week; then I will complete 2 exact years of time starting when I delivered the application to Damascus office until I sent them the update.

As the Christmas season is approaching; I think the interviews might take place in Feb or Mar... let's wait and see.

BIG Congratulations to all fellas who got their CSQ lately; your good news is just what we are in need for right now!

Keep up the spirit everyone!

Victor.

Hello,

Any off IT graduates Gulf applicants who got CSQ, mentioned priority?
Any Gulf applicants got CSQ mention as priority?

@Alikhan what is mentioned?

Hello My All friends ,

i hope this information will be useful for you all in your federal part .This is based on my personal experience .

Timeline varies on different factors
1. your french background
2. your profession demand in quebec
3. your level of french
4. past interview waived or not
5. your travel history
6. your health

the combination makes the timeline , one very important thing if your case goes "IN Process" quickly means with in 6 to 9 months after submitting your file , it means they treating you in a priority.

once your case goes " IN process " , expect a medical examination with in 3 to 6 months time frame , at this point your background checking is finished , that's why you received a medical examination and then with in 1 and 1.5 months London office will transfer the medical results to Abudhabi office.

after receiving your medical results with ok , they will start your security checking , otherwise you have to undergo second medical examination then 3 to 4 months are waste . security checking is the most time consuming part where different agencies and interpol are involved ,expect time from 3 to 9 months after medical received by Abu dhabi , if CIC Abu dhabi office received a green light from the external agencies they will immediately issue the passport request and if there is a red light from them , your file gonna spin in local police offices and then more time required.

Your Point of focus should be in this way
1. file your case as early as possible after getting CSQ
2. wait for your AOR
3. Wait for your file goes "IN PROCESS" , as early as possible.
4. Medical examination
5. Medical received with results ok
6. Security checking conduct fastly , more travel history more time consuming.
7. passport request .
8. visa stamped .

wish you all the best ! Keep continue praying.

If you have any question , plz feel free to ask .

Thanks BR for giving detail explanation. That will defiantly helps who got their CSQ and applying for Federal part soon.
As you have mentioned in your timeline that your interview get waived, so does that mean are you are fluent in french or your AOT is in priority?

It seems like you are flying soon, so wish you all the best for your new future in Canada.

I remember interview officer telling me its on priority and I should start applying for jobs in Quebec by end of jan2013. Since all CSQ documents I received are in French :( so I don't know where to look for this information.

Dear Alikhan
if any where on your csq these words found then it means it is in priority.

Priorité de traitement or (code 130)

and guys if IT is in priority then it will be a great news for us too.
