Quebec 2010 Applicants Damasucs Visa office

No dear not at all, but me and my 3 kids we hold european passports, i don't know if this helps us somehow.From my country of origin in 10-12 month u have ur visas, and when i asked them to transfer my file there i got this answer.
On my Csq is wrote also code 130 but this is not a priority code as i have read above, nothing to do.
I hope and pray.

sorry guys I was wrong about the code read some about 130 on forum, now I read it in GPI and according to GPI it means Waiting for financial evidence" I would like to refer to page 94 of below attached GPI-5

Hey Ricoluna, why they didn't accept to move your file to your original country ..?! This is your right and you can do that. Right?
And I remember that you asked the officer after your interview about this subject and he told you that you can do this. Right?
Anyway I think you're approaching to the finales hehehe ... You're at the end of the road ..

Yes true, i asked the officer, he told me i can ask to move my file but i can't be sure my request will be accepted..and will be more costly....
Maybe at this point i can not transfer my file , this is what they told me.
Maybe i should do this before sending D2 ???

i am not sure that code 130 means priority or waiting for financial proof, otherwise we would not receive the point of Financial Self-sufficiency in the interview! and that code seems to exist in all CSQs, isnt it ?

im confused abt. the number 9 & 10 question in quebec skilled selection
im NURSE 4 YEARS DIPLOMA... i don't know if what code for list of areas awarding 12 to 16
and i dont know also the code for list of areas of warding 6 points under the area of training..its so confusing.. is it the same NURSING - DCS-3 YEARS? PLS. HELP ME.. Thanks i appreciate..

CODES D'AVANCEMENT POUR LE SUIVI DU DOSSIER means CODES FOR MONITORING PROGRESS FILE... So it's an internal code and different than the one on CSQ. Moreover, if it means they still need financial documents then the interviewer would ask for such proofs before awarding the CSQ. In my case, he didn't ask anything related to financial situation. Besides, if they still need proof of funds then we would have never received the CSQ. Receiving the CSQ means everything is complete and they want the applicant to be part of Quebec community.

Am I right ????
