after how long you got AOR ?

even if you applied as QSW? which mean you're supposed to work in Quebec when you get the PR

Hello Peki,

You have signed 2 contracts ( one with MIDI and another with CIC) indicating that you want to settle down in Quebec. These contracts are binding until you become a PR. Once you update your address with CIC , CIC will know that you have moved from Quebec and might question your intent to settle in Quebec. If you do not update your address then CIC or MIDI might never find this thing out.

Once you land as PR in Canada , Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom protects your mobility rights and you can settle down in any province

CIC deducted PR application fee $550 from credit card.

Federal PR Application in QSW catagory sent: 25 Oct, 2016
Federal PR Application in QSW catagory received: 27 Oct, 2016
$550 application fee deducted: 31st January, 2017

What would be the next steps? Can someone explain the details kindly? and if I want change my address for PR application when can I change it?

No, even if you don't change your address you will have to file your taxes in another province. This will get you under radar of MIDI and CIC. I have personally seen this happening to my friend who moved to BC due to a job opportunity. MIDI sent him a letter stating that his CSQ has been cancelled as he no longer intent to reside in QC.

I received my AOR today. Im an inland applicant but I'm currently in Saskatchewan studying. My program will be finished in April. Is my being in Saskatchewan affect my QSW application? My plan is, after completion of my studies in April, I will move to Montreal.

I don't think you will have a decision by April if you just got your AOR. After that, you will be in MTL so it shouldn't be an issue.

Hi guys, does all inland applicants need get medical test? I received a letter from cic last week, asking for biodata page of passport, RPRF, PCC and background information form (if I any of these documents have not been sent with the main application) but nothing about medicals. I have a professional license in healthcare, would that exclude me from medical? Anyone with similar situation?

I got that letter before my medical request too. You will get your medical request soon. These 2 things are not related to each other.
