Hi Everyone,
I got my CoPR and Immigrant visa last week with validity till June 9th.

I want to get my H1 visa stamped while in Montreal and the earliest date I can get is May 26th. I plan to land around 24th of May.

Is there any advantage to landing earlier that I should be aware of (1 month before the expiration of immigrant visa as opposed to 10-15 days prior to the expiration) and go to Ottawa or some other location for H1b stamping or it doesn't matter when you land as long as its before the expiration date.

I am a total newbie hence this question. Help appreciated.

No - landing early has no real advantage. Just make sure you don't cut it too close to the visa expiration date in case you have to change your plans or are delayed.
