Hi,
I applied for CSQ in november 2013, 5 months have been left and may be now is the time i should expect my AOR. However i crosschecked with my bank and came to know that my DD is still not encashed? does this find normal?

I also applied in Nov 2013 and last week i checked with my bank and they informed me that my DD is not yet cleared.

So, waiting for god's miracle !!!! Let me inform if u have any glad news. TIA

do you mean you already got your aor by air mail on 23rd and have you yet received any emails. what is aor by the way and what's the file num

Yes,it is. No emails, but only air mail telling that the file was opened and the receipt of credit card charged, and the file number showing the BIQ: Hongkong ( my case). That's it. I think it will take from 3-4 years to complete the whole process.

What's a BIQ?
I never read the letter myself. I'm currently on a road trip around the east coast of Canada and my roommate gave me a call that the letter arrived and read it out loud to me on the phone. I will surely be able to give you guys more details once I get back to Montréal in two weeks. I don't even know when the file has actually been opened. I merely know that the AOR arrived on May 14th.

I'm from the US, and I applied around November 21, 2012. I got my AOR on February 15, 2013. Now comes the long wait for the interview.

CSQ Interview and Receipt: February 26, 2014 (New York)

Federal AOR and Medical Request: May 9, 2014
Medicals Done: May 19, 2014
