I think it is best if you use some kind of points calculator to calculate your points, like the one the Cohen has. It's very easy to use. Nobody knows your profile, so basically only you can assess yourself and check if they are correct. Also, have you tried Quebec's preliminary evaluation tool? That is the first one you have to accomplish, to see if you qualify or not. But seeing that you're a nurse, you will qualify, most probably.
I believe there is a form you have to fill out if you are going to pay via credit card (I paid mine via bank draft, so I really didn't take note of the details of the form). It is said in the website that it will take 4-6 months for us to get the AOR, so expect them to charge your credit card within 6 months.
Furthermore, learn French. My agency had advised me to enroll in French at Alliance Francaise, and request for a Certificate of Enrollment. That certificate I submitted together with my application, and then as I passed the exams later on, I updated my application by sending them results. hope this helps
