There's nothing serious/specific to know about either w.r.t. to us, the applicants. To us, whatever the IO does matters.

what do you think about NDVO Pre June cases ( NOC out of list ) ?

• Majority have Inprocess with date
• as per CAIPS - Points are calculated and ECU not issuing Medicals > -

Unless an applicant is pre-2008 s/he has nothing to worry... His/her case would take the usual processing stages. Yes, currently, case completion in 1-yr might not be feasible for most, both for 2011 or 2012.

Here we are asking Pre-June Means MI -1 Applications .

One thing i dont understand


In One of your posts you mentioned not all cases are reffered to ECU Then Why do all CAIPS show

referred to ECU for medicals /RPRF/ Proof of Funds



and My consultant says Its not Economic Class Unit not Economic and commerce Unit is he right

Sorry to be spoil sport, that's just a BFD... it might not elicit anything. Economic Commerce Unit is just a section which checks all paperworks r correct or otherwise... it doesn't specifically deal with meds.
