One thing i dont understand


In One of your posts you mentioned not all cases are reffered to ECU Then Why do all CAIPS show

referred to ECU for medicals /RPRF/ Proof of Funds

and My consultant says Its not Economic Class Unit not Economic and commerce Unit is he right

-Yes Sir, every case do not go thru ECU. And I'm not sure why some do.
-Not all CAIPS have that logged either... I've seen 100s of them (CAIPS).
-A Consultant is more educated than us, they've done a course & seen much, on the Can-Immig front, they ought to know better. Thus, he probably is right on this one.

U have reciprocated to another member but did not have the courtesy to respond to azazaz, who has FINALLY made U understand tht u may be wrong at times and shld be HUMBLE to accept tht. It seems u have not LEARNT fr your mistakes....very sad

I am a silent reader and have learnt a lot fr this forum.......but today QORAX has indeed cut a very sorry figure for himself. Many members look up to him and are still asking him for clarification but he is just avoiding them.... WHY.....Does it HURT to say - I dont know buddy? or was it TOO MUCH for you to accept wht azazaz said so bluntly on ur face?

I also had a distaste when QORAX suggested a member on "How to avoid paying taxes in Canada"

Good that U removed Desmond Tutu's quote from your signature QORAX

This quote has an indepth meaning which QORAX has failed totally. "YOU DONT DO WHAT YOU PREACH" and the true personality of a person is revealed when he faces an adversity and U did not handle the situation like a mature person, IMO.

Keep the GOOD work up QORAX but with genuine humility.

A very sad day indeed.

You may be right but almost all of us (NDVO prejune with processing dates) who got our CAIPS have seen that our files and all updated information is forwarded to ECU and the lines mentioned exactly as:
ECU- PLS REQUEST THE FOLLOWING:
MED
PPT
RPRF

2. ECU isn't instructed, it's a misunderstanding, those r pending clearance from ECU.

This is what I found about ECU. This dept is connected with CBSA and IMO, ECU would release "INFORMATION" on the file after CBSA's confirmation. I should be honest....I am purely guessing.

You r monitoring this thread very closely .....and yet no response.

You still continue to provide vague answers that r not supported by ANY EVIDENCE or statics.....the below post would scare the 2011 and 2012 applicants, Mr QORAX...(there r many such ex)

Unless an applicant is pre-2008 s/he has nothing to worry... His/her case would take the usual processing stages. Yes, currently, case completion in 1-yr might not be feasible for most, both for 2011 or 2012........WHY....any reasons,...if yes, then y did u not mention it here

Oh i see u have changed ur signature again.....i thought u liked azazaz's Comment (a lot) or was it there "for a change" for JUST COUPLE OF HOURS ONLY

To Bloom:

1. Please don't post in multi-color and big size fonts. It is really obnoxious and not professional at all. (This is not yahoo chat, but a forum where educated professionals post their queries and opinions).
2. I can see that you have less than 5 posts in all (I have not made many posts either for that matter.) I suggest that you take time and read other posts and threads to understand how much applicants out here respect Qorax and all the help he has offered others.
3. Refrain from making dramatic statements like "tread carefully"- it's like a cheesy line from a soap opera.

To Azazaz-

1. This thread was specifically addressed to Qorax by the thread starter.
Qorax might/might not be correct all the time, and he has acknowledged it stating that he is not a consultant and obviously consultants know better and he might be wrong. It is plain and simple- which part of that don't you understand.
2. He has not "extended the courtesy" of a reply to you, because you do not deserve it in the first place.

Please understand that he is not being paid for his opinion, he is just answering queries to the best of his knowledge/experience and it's upto each one of us to take it or leave it.

Don't chase away experienced guys like Qorax by picking on trivial mistakes and expect a public apology etc. Please move on and let this thread return back to it's constructive flow.

To Qorax : I am not into hero worship and am not a fanboy. But i do hope that you would continue to post your insights and continue to help out people.
