have you checked your list against appendix A? That is one of the best ways to check because each visa office can be different.

Since it matches Appendix A and you sent CIO letter, you should be fine.
You also need to write something at the back of one photo, forgot what it was. If you have all that, you are all set. Good luck.

just a small thing i wana add, i m sure u have already aware of it i just want to double check about the photographs. it must b with white backround in 35mm x 45mm in size.
