I'd like to know why on some people's ecas update it is written "in process" and when you click on it it says " medical results have been received" WHEREAS some people's ecas shows DECISION MADE and when you click on it it says " medical results have been received".

It's a bit confusing. In my actual case, it says medical results have been received under the link In Process. It doesn't say decision made.

Would like to know if you had the same experience and how long after this status update you got your passport request.

Thanks for help.

A lot of this depends on your visa office. I am sure you don't have to wait long. As for how long, i have no idea.

Decision Made on e-cas only happens when our pps are stamped [on submission of the pps after PPR]. Any time if so occurs earlier it means 2 things:
1. It's an 'error' -MIS glitch [shal be rectified soon], or
2. The case has been 'rejected'.

Qorax

Thank you so much qorax for the clear explanation. I totally get the whole picture now. Thanks again
