Just one question- do you know if there is a pdf version where we can directly type into the application form before printing or is it ONLY hand written?

That link is for the application in english. I would suggest filling it on the PDF instead of handwritten.

Jazz, one last question- is there an application check list that I can reference before I submit my application? A checklist that I can use to ensure I have not missed anything needed to apply?

That's the checklist, it shows all the documents that you need to send for your application

You're also required to print and send it along your application. otherwise, it will get returned.

In the checklist section...

8 • Authorization to communicate personal information (A-0527-DA)

but the link you posted in previous message shows the form number as A-0527-DF.

So, is this both forms the same or is there another one?
