PVO Ottawa and SVO Sydney

I don't know if it's 100% accurate, but it seems like PVO Sydney operates in a way that if you are under CBSA review (specifically security), then there will be no movement until the due date on your application that can be found in CBSA notes.

Hi, my due date on CBSA notes is on May 23rd but my background check is still in-progress. Not sure if this is accurate.

Oh really? It's weird your application due date was set for less than 3 months after AOR. Maybe it's not accurate, this is just the tendency I've seen with with Sydney and also I thought my MP implied that, but this is all just guesses at this point.

30 October which is a weekend. I think this is system generated

Okay, so I was in the background check stage since April 19th. I got issued the golden email yesterday confirming my residency. Don't give up hope - I was in the Sydney/Ottawa situation.

What is the Sydney Ottawa situation? Man is it bad? Sydney's my SVO and they've left me hanging in security since 2 months

Do you have Copr expiry details in tracker + all completed in tracker and final decision date in GC key?

Same here. AOR Dec 22. Called IRCC on Mar 03: PVO is CSO-Ottawa and SVO is Sydney. Confirmed Medical + Bio + Criminality + Info Sharing completed but Eligibility + Security not started. No updates on the tracker since Med/Bio passed on Jan 26.

Please is the meaning of PVO and SVO?

My AOR is April 1st, all parameters in tracker turned green since May 27th. Till this day, not one update, meanwhile I know people with AOR after April 1st and they’ve received the golden email. PVO for me is Ottawa and SVO is Sydney. At this point I’m so very worried and unsure what else to do

I received ADR on 19th July to submit my RCMP report, I did submit that within a weak but after that no response!
