Same here. AOR Dec 22. Called IRCC on Mar 03: PVO is CSO-Ottawa and SVO is Sydney. Confirmed Medical + Bio + Criminality + Info Sharing completed but Eligibility + Security not started. No updates on the tracker since Med/Bio passed on Jan 26.

Yes. There is really something going on in Sydney's Background Check. I wonder what it is because a lot of us are stuck on that process.
That's bad... what if this month, our background check isn't sent to CBSA? We will be waiting again for another month?
I used to have PVO - Sydney and SVO - Ottawa and a month (I am not sure about when it got changed, just a calculated guess) after my eligibility was passed, my PVO was changed to Ottawa and my SVO to Sydney.

Welcome on board, I have exactly the same updates and VO’s. Unfortunately our SVO seems put us on hold for unknown period of time as BG verification hasn’t launched yet.
Thanks. I feel relieved that there are other people with me in the same boat and I am not alone. I was worried earlier thinking that why is it happening with my application. I hope we all get our approval emails soon.
Oh we are actually in exactly the same boat. Please let me know if something changes for you.
I had a ghost update on my CIC account, and when I opened my application I found that my background status changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." on March 17, 2023. I called IRCC on March 17 and the agent told me that the background check has been completed. The background check status on IRCC Tracker is still "NOT STARTED" but I think it may get updated in the coming week.
Seems like quite a few folks with these offices got GUs in the last few days. I'm hoping a portal email is coming in soon for everyone!

I got 2 GUs today. You got 2 in the past days right? I hope it doesn't take to long for us to receive PPR.
