Pursuing 1 year study program in UK under student visa after marriage while sponsor application is under process

Hi,
I (sponsor) and my wife recently got married and currently working towards preparing the sponsoring application but we haven't submitted it yet. However, my wife also recently got admitted to a university in London, UK for 1 year study program under student visa. We thought it is a good option for her as it will anyhow take about a year for our application process result to come out. Will we have any issue if we submit our application after she leaves to UK under student visa? Of course, we will fill out travel, address, and education history according to her situation in UK but just want to make sure if it will cause any major/critical issue if I apply the sponsorship for my wife.

Please share any things I really need to watch out for if any one had been in similar situation.

As long as you apply for her as outland (not residing in Canada), should be no issue. Assume the sponsor is either citizen or if PR, residing in Canada.
