PSWP rejection

I wanted to ask that what is the guarentee of PSWP. Is it given to all students who complete studies of more then 8 months or its also rejected in some cases and what would be the reasons of rejection. Im currently doing Diploma in BA from Uni of Regina. And secondly do Diploma students have a less chance of PSWP then degree students?
Please experienced members respond to my query.

The PSWP is not guaranteed. You till have to fulfill all the requirements : being a full time student in class all the time ( some people didn't get their PGWP because they took 1 online course or because they were part time for one semester), apply within the 90 days of receiving a graduation confirmation and others.

Also, there is no difference between diploma or degree students as long as you meet all the requirements listed on the CIC website. Keep in mind that the processing time is very long and that you should apply asap. Hope that helped...
