I lost my pr card. I became permanent resident in April 2022. Now I am applying for PRTD. Do I need to attach humanatarian and compassionate ground application as well along with PRTD? Please let me know. Your advice will be greatly helpful.

No, you don't need to provide H&C grounds.

Read the post again. This is the wrong answer. If someone is renewing PR under H&C, they are still a PR and don't need a WP to work.

You are still a pr, you do not need a work permit.

Just to clarify are you a PR already and do you mean you are applying for PR card renewal on H&C grounds because you have not met your RO? Are you currently in Canada or are you applying from abroad for a PRTD based on H&C? If you entered Canada at a land border were you reported for not meeting your RO? The other option is that you are not a PR already but applying for PR based on H&C grounds?

If in Canada, then why didn’t you wait until you met RO. No need to apply for H&C. If PR, and have SIN number then you can work.

Why? If you are in Canada then renew PR once you meet RO.

Out of 5 years, For 3 and a half years I was not in Canada. I am lagging with 6 months
