The letter does not guarantee that the PRTD will be approved.
Since you do not meet the residency requirement, it's possible the PRTD will be approved under H&C but also possible the PRTD will be refused.
None of us can tell you what will happen. You will have to wait for the PRTD to be processed.
You took a risk by leaving Canada after applying to renew your PR card and this means the outcome for you is unknown.
But i had no other choice, isn't it a positive thing that they gave me PR CARD on the situation i stated, now i think this should count in to give me PRTD again too. But anyways i m worried.
You did have a choice. I understand that you wanted to complete your education outside of Canada. However it was a choice you made to prioritize your education outside of Canada rather than staying in Canada to make sure your PR status was safe. This was in fact a choice you made.
Again, the approval of the PRTD is not guaranteed in this situation. You've asked this question multiple times. The answer is that the PRTD is not guaranteed to be approved.
