Hi, I am 17 years old now, and removed from canada as a minor (I left with my parents when I was 7). I have the CoPR, SIN and expired health card. I am planning to attend the university in Canada and my age will be 17 yrs and 9 months when the academic year starts. My questions are:
1) can I apply now for the PRTD or I have to wait till I complete the 18?
2) how long the process of issuing the PRTD might take.

You can apply now. Process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months - hard to predict and each case is individual.

Do u have any idea that once I receive it, how much time I have to land in Canada. I am a grade 12 student and do not want to leave until I finish the academic year in June?

Sometimes you're given six months - sometimes longer.
