PRTD- humanitarian and compassionate grounds

Hello,
I have applied for my elderly mother’s PRTD on humanitarian and compassionate grounds in Feb 2024. Her PR card expired on Sep 2022. She was not able to return back to Canada because of my sick dad who was unfit to travel.
The processing time for response is showing 21 months. My mom is elderly and is all by herself as my dad has passed away in Jan 2024. My ques is- can we apply supervise for her and bring her in Canada while waiting for response onto her PRTD ?

No, not possible. PRs do not qualify for super visas.

Where are you seeing the 21 month processing time for PRTDs under H&C?

That's for H&C applications, not PRTDs under H&C. Processing times for PRTDs under H&C are not posted however are less than 21 months.

The super visa is not possible.
