I don't know how far you are with your immigration process and when you applied. If you don't do it, they might ask for it. They will possibly call you for an interview where it will be decided. Also, if you're low in points, you can boost your points for eligibility/adaptation, but i don't know if the point system applies under the Family Stream, regarding the IELTS.
