Property Valuation (India) to calculate capital gains

Does CRA accept a certificate from an Indian property valuer to ascertain fair market value of a property?
Does it have to come from any specific valuer (for ex : medical tests for visa have to done only by board certified physicians)

There seem to be many property valuers in India on google, have you tried reaching out to any of them?
