So vibez,

according to the reply sent to you...
They require anything that is unencumbered and easily convertible in currency available..
that means anything attached to debt/loan is not acceptable by them..

:( :(

Hi Shah,

1. The reply was not sent to me as such. But its in the New Delhi Checklist.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37029.pdf
2. Yes, if there is an emcumberance on a property, then obviously you dont have the full title over it currently (meaning, the bank or someone else has a hold over it )
am stuck too.

dear mkshaw..
Don't ever tell the VO that you r paying LOAN against your property...or anything pertaining to LOAN.
The simple thing is that you will have to deposit the rest of amount in such a way, that you must provide proof that against that amount...

Let say you deposit two lac now...but you must be in a position to tell them the source where you obtained it....like if you withdraw your PF amount..that will be a valid reason...and also you can say you sold some of your gold Jewellery and attach proof against that...selling slips..

Withdrwaing PF is itself a tedious process...so be careful for that..

You cannot make the VO assume that you will be getting FULL and Final Money when u resign from the company...because they need proof of fund then n there only....

I request you to do things very carefully...All the best...Johny

Dear All,

I am a May applicant and received 1st AOR on 30th Sept.

My question is i've to submit my full docs before 28th January 2011 and i have just created liquid funds .My question is if put this amount in the banks, should that be ok?I am planning to take bank certificate in December so that i can also attach last two months staement showing enough fund.MY problem is if CHC ,ND asks total six months statement then i wont have that amount.
Anybody can give me the idea what to do?!!

Regards
Nevil

yes it will be ok..its very rare for them to ask for 6 months stmt (with medical request).. but dont worry as long as you can prove source of funds are your s and ur s only there wont be any problem.

@nevilrevil.....

Hi friend...i think you need not to worry at all...just send them the bank certificate showing the minimum requirement and there is no need to send 2 months statements also...as you have a very long way to go before CHC officer actually process your case...and in then your cash have already bin 6 months old...

Just relax...as you have lot of time...but make sure you do not withdrawn any amount from that bank...

all the best, johny

Hi johny..
Thanks buddy for your support.

I need to get some clarity regarding PF withdrawl.
Presently I am working and as per company's records, total PF accumulated under my PF account is Rs. 72000 including company's additions too.
Now, can I apply to my company for withdrawl of PF now while I am still working with the company?
Pls guide.

thanks johny brother!!
i was worried a lot.
u mean to say when CHC will go for my background check( may be after 6 months from now..) then only i should have the fund!!if that is the case then i will be relaxed a lot.
But when CHC will ask for fund they should not ask the fund starting from year 2010 that is the only worry i have.
thanks bro!!u solved my pb

hi...i request you to please do not misunderstood me...

I said, you must submit the minimum required fund in your bank now...and send a Balance certificate along with yur full documents now...after 6 months, your visa officer wil review your case...and i dont think he will ask you for your last 6 months statements...

If he ask you about that....then also you may not have any difficuly showing him the last 6 months statements...as your fund wud have been 6 months old at that time..

R u getting me...but be sure not to withdraw any amount in these 6 months..okay.
