They meet the RO, but the thing is they will be back on 2025 march which is after a year. Our rolling years is 2019-2024, will that be ok still to apply for PRTD? Thanks
Your "rolling years" will be from 2025 when they are coming back. That's the meaning of rolling years.
so they need to meet RO from 2020 - 2025 when they apply for PRTD.

I am pretty sure they will still able to meet it, travel out of canada is only 61 days from 2022 and now this 2024 they will take a full year and will come back right? I will file for our citizwenship soon too, is it ok to apply for citizenship with expired pr card? Or do they need to be in canada when applyingbfor cotizenship as well? Thank you

Thanks, @armoured!

I again reached out to his school and surprisingly got some additional documents this time. I consolidated all the school records and re-submitted the application. Hopefully, it works out well this time. If there is still some issue, I will reach out to the MP's office too.
Hi
So, that means you got two different pieces of documents from the school which you could use as proof of residency obligation for your kid? Right?
Can you please share exactly what are those two different documents so that I may ask my kid's school directly for those?

Just get two report cards for different periods.
