PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP IN CANADA

I am going to claim 5 points for relatives in Canada.As my uncle is citizen of Canada its work.But I am bit confused like how I will prove that he is my uncle. what are the documents needed to claim those 5 points?

Your birth certificate will show who your parents are. Your parents birth certificates will show who their parents are. Your uncles birth certificate will show that he has the same parents as one of your parents and that means he's your uncle.

here you need a "family certificate" (as we call it in Pakistan) which shows your parents head of the family (your grand father) and complete detail, DOB, name, gender of his family (wife/ kids) so it will show your parent ( father/mother) name on it and also the name of your uncle and with that just give a birth certificate or your “family certificate” issued in your father's name, you can also give your uncles high school certificate showing his parents name on it and your Father/Mother's high school certificate showing parents name with that give your birth certificate and mention the main points that how your trying to proof your relation separately

This family certificate called Bey Form is no more available. Instead of this NADRA is issuing a new Family Registry Certificate in which head of the family applies for the certificate and his all sons and daughters including wife shall be shown on certitificate with their pictures. In your case if you want to prove your relationship with ur uncle your grandfather (DADA) shall apply for his FRC and then he will be able to get certificate listing his sons and dauthers names including your father and uncle....
Another idea is to provide birth certificate of your uncle and your father from your union council concerned, if their birth was registered at time of birth...

exacty i missed the word "registry" in family certificate its issued from nadra i recently had mine but your parents should have it you dont have to apply on their behalf just ask them if they hav it ... otherwise go with the educational documents..

You need:
1. A copy of your relatives birth cert
2. A copy of the birth cert of whichever of your parents he/she is akin to
3. A copy of your relatives canadian passport or permanent residence card/visa
4. A recent utility bill in their name
