Hi all,

as my spouse real uncle is in canada below document is enough to prove the relationship ?

Proof of relationship

- Family tree ( simply made by me )
- Copy of Passport ( Uncle )
- COPR (IMM5292) - Uncle
- PR Card of Uncle

Proof of residency in canada

- Bank Statement - My uncle
- Driving license - My Uncle
- Social Security card - My uncle

anything else seniors pls guide me so i can send documents accordingly.

I Believe thats enough, but double check that the family tree should be made by some Govt office not by yourself.

I think you need more documents to prove the relationship between your spouse and his/her uncle. Documents that can show the relationship between your spouce's uncle and spouce's mother/father.

thanks for your prompt reply,

in india there is APL Card ( Ration card ) is available of Uncle family and my spouse family its also include my name in my spouse family card .

is this document can worked ?

or else how can i prove relation between my spouse uncle and me.

one more thing in the applicant can prove relationship or spouse relative is in canada so spouse side docs required.

help me and clear my doubts.

In my case I submitted the following documents.

1. Marriage certificate and birth certificate of my wife to show the father's name.
2. Passport copy of my father-in-law to show the name of his father (my wife's grandfather)
3. Educational certificate of my wife's aunt to show her father's name (my wife's grandfather) and her date of birth.
(I send above two documents to prove that my wife's father and my wife's aunty are real brother and sister)
4. Canadian ID card and other documents of wife's aunty to prove her canadian citizenship.
5. And of course relationship diagram to make things clearer.
