Proof of Relatives

I am going to claim 5 points for relatives in Canada.As my uncle is citizen of Canada. But I am bit confused like how I will prove that he is my uncle. Let me share my situation, My father was born in 1938 and my uncle was born in 1940 at that time there was no birth certificates etc. Actual name of my Grand father is Zeenat Shah and my father's documents shows the same name of his father but my uncle's documents shows Zeenat Khan there is a difference of Shah and Khan. However, uncle sent me notarized document from canada in which he written that my father is his real brother and their parrents are same. Is it enough to claim those 5 points?

In my interview letter they asked me to provide prrof of relation in canada: Please read below; It might be helpful for you:

If you have relatives in Canada willing to assist you, you must provide proof of how you are related at
the interview. Affidavits are not acceptable as proof. You must produce original all necessary birth
certificates or other civil documents that prove the way that the person is related to you. Should you not
provide such proof, no points will be awarded for the relative.

I have provided birth certificate of my aunt and mom. But my mother's name got changed after marriage so I sent name change affidavit also. But at the time of the interview I am planning to take passport copy of aunt and original passport of my mother. (Same father nae will prove that they both are sisters.)

Thanks for your reply, my country is Pakistan and my father and uncle were born before partition of Pakistan, so provision of birth certificates are very difficult for me. However, my uncle sent me following letters/documents.

1. Copy of Passport
2. Copy of Citizenship
4. Copy of his Matric certificate
3. Notarized letter from uncle which shows that my father is his real brother
4. Simple letter which shows that if you come in Canada I and your cousins will help you and they have enough space for provision of accomodation etc.

Are these documents are enough for me. My uncle was living there since 1974 and he don't remember that when he applied for immigration he filled the form of relatives. Could you tell me on that time (1974) whether this form was part of application or not. If this form was part of application then it will be helpfull for me?

I am sorry but I dnt have that much information. Do you have passport copy of your father...or any other document in which your grandfather's name mentioned. Any certificate shuld also work...in which your grandfather's name is mentioned. That doc will prove that your uncle and your father are brothers.
Your uncle have passport in which your grandfather’s name must be mentioned. So you just need to find out any document for your father (with your grandfather name on it.)
e.g. matriculation certificate, Birth certificate, Passport copy, etc.
