If u r applying under occupation in demand. U r noc is not in demand for Saskatchewan

hi for all again, I have applied for saskatchewan express entry, my NOC is 3124,so I have to prove a proof for my professional status, because midwife is a regulatory occupation in canada, my question is,can I have this proof before I come in canada?

What do they ask exactly and what stream are you applying to ?

they ask for proof of my professional status, this proof is provided by a Canadian midwifery school after applying for registration of midwives and passing exams. I did not know how to pass these exams?
