Hello I want to ask question on behalf of my wife . She is in Canada since her arrival as a sponsored spouse and she is a stay at home mom. Most of the bills and lease agreements are under my name . I wanted to know how can we prove that she was in Canada since her arrival . We file her income tax every year but because she is stay at home mom I don’t think that will be substantive proof

I would go through the application and confirm what the application specifically requests. For the most part, they don't request 'substantive proof.' If she comes to some part where it asks for more info, provide a letter of explanation that she is a stay-at-home parent.

(Most of the evidence IRCC wants for physical evidence they'll get from entry-exit info anyway)

BTW other things like school participation, parent volunteer groups, religious organization activities can all be substantiating evidence - if ever requested.

But first: check what the application requires, and provide that. If it doesn't ask for something - no need.

The absolute majority of applicants don't need to provide any "proof" of their presence in Canada.
I know stay at home moms who got their citizenship with no fuss in a few months.
If you're stressed, the best advice is to have a very accurate application, with no mistakes and a good buffer of days over 1095. It would help more than spending time and efforts over what you may not need at all. And if your wife ends up receiving some kind of RQ, then consider the answer above from @armoured , but you're not there yet, and as I said above, chances are you won't get there anyway!
