Captain my medicals were done in mid April 2012 waiting for passports from NDVO. "Medical results have been received" line updated on 31 august 2012. I have used some of funds already, but at the time of entering Canada i will carry more than required funds. captain please tell me using some of funds at this stage could be risk for visa stamping. I want to know they check our funds before sending our medicals or after medicals are received by them. how long it takes to receive passports back from ndvo. my passports were received by them in April. captain please reply.

As long as the PA 'lands' first -- there's no problem for the rest of family members entering Canada alone & from anywhere (before their visas expire).

Sorry, I was to write that response for someone else.

Even if the PA lands alone s/he WILL HAVE TO demonstrate the "complete" Settlement Funds for the entire family in his/her application. In ur case u will have to show POF for 3 x members.

Hi Mr.Qorax
I have questions regarding POF. Just recently,CHC London asked me to provide POF for the second time with explanation for large deposits. My POF is from National Bonds and Mashreq Millionaire certificate which I deposited last June 2012 when they asked for POF together with our Medical request. It is also written in the letter that I must provide 6 mos. bank transaction history. I already inquire in Mashreq Bank if they can provide bank transaction history but they said they will issue balance certificate only since I don't have bank account with them. As for the National Bonds I already used the money but will have the complete POF once we get the visa and land to Canada. Can I show the letter from our HR about my gratuity pay once I resign from my job and settle to Canada?( to prove to them I have enough POF aside from the money from Mashreq bank?) Please I need your opinion on this matter please. Does this mean my application will be rejected if I did not provide them the 6 mos transaction history? I'm really worried. Thanks in advance for the reply.

IM from bangladesh , few days before i got my visa stamped in passport and thanks to allah . By the Im confused about POF because from Bangladesh there is a limit about caring cash from here to any country , like anyone would take highest 5000 $ so its gonna difficult for me to show my pof ,as you said 3rd country bank statement is not allowed ,then if i endorsed 5000$ to my wife and son though its become 15000 , Is it ok ? or do you have any idea about this situation ? Thanks in advance ..

i want to ask as i applied in january 2011 and letter received on jun 2011 and my current e-cas is RBVO im from pakistan and applied in sydney nova scotia after that latter i have'nt received any other thing from cic even after 20 months ad my e-cas is stuck to RBVO
