I tried searching for this question and got a few answers like job offer, school offer or rental agreement. However, due to long processing times of over a year and planning ahead what employer would give a job offer a year in advance? I won't be going to school because I'll be getting my PhD in a year, and renting a place a year in advance would be silly.
what other proof of intention to move to Canada can there be? Surely paying $1000 to apply is intention enough?
My in-laws currently live in Canada so would a letter from them expressing their knowledge that we've been saying we're going to move to Canada for the last few years once my PhD is done be helpful?
Could I get my in-laws to draft a rental agreement for their house as if we would go and live there even if we wont be?
I'm struggling to think of anything else and can't find much official guidance on the website.
thanks
