Hi all,
So my wife was working full time til about July, when we decided the income from my job was enough for her to break out as a freelancer.
So on her form she is listed as "self-employed", but our tax information shows her salary income from her old job, because the most recent tax year was 2012 - we don't have our t4s for 2013 yet, and don't want to wait for them to submit my PR app.
What should we be submitting?
She is sponsoring me as my wife, we are applying outland.

From what I've read spousal isn't dependant on income so it's probably fine to send what you have as well as a letter saying what you just said and I guess anything she has that shows what she does make freelancing. More experienced people here will give you definitive answers.

Submit the last ones you have, and add a letter explaining the change, and what your wife is making now, how your income comes into play etc. There is no minimum income for spousal sponsorship, CIC just wants to see that you won't go on welfare. So as long as you can show that you have an income, or a way of supporting yourself and your family, it shouldn't be an issue. Give the information to CIC explaining your current arrangement etc. and if they need more information, they'll ask :)
Good luck,
